Stockland Green Hills Expansion, East Maitland NSW
$412 million redevelopment which will more than double the size of the centre from around 33,000 square metres to around 74,000 square metres. Parking will be increased by 1,500 new car parking bays to a total number of over 3,100 spaces.
Wildthing Environmental Consultants was involved at all stages of this redevelopment and extension project from initial development design phase through to vegetation clearance, amelioration and monitoring. The project has included centre and car park redevelopment/extension, improved access from New England Highway, extension of Chelmsford Drive, upgrade and realignment of power and services.
Wildthing Environmental Consultants is currently assisting the revegetation contractor in rehabilitation and monitoring of the vegetation and habitat on site.
