Hidden Waters Estate, Fletcher NSW

Hidden Waters Estate is a 271 Lot residential estate west of Newcastle, NSW.

Wildthing Environmental Consultants has been involved in this project as the consulting ecologist since the earliest phases of the project in 1999 – working for Mirvac, Kingston Properties, Wentworth Developments and ADW Johnson as the project has progressed.

Work undertaken has involved all development stages including:

• initial ecological constraints assessment
• flora and fauna impact assessments
• bushfire threat assessments and management plan
• habitat tree identification
• nest box installation, management plans and monitoring
• construction certificate document preparation
• vegetation management plans and clearance supervision
• bushland management plans
